Mentoring, advising and investing in early stage startups for 6 years. Experience leading and scaling Engineering and Product teams for 10 years in tech organizations going through hyper-growth. Previously worked in Google, Intel, and 2x unicorn startups - latest in Glovo (Doordash-like Barcelona-based unicorn), where I scaled the Search & Discovery team from 1 to 4 teams, across multiple organizations. Experienced building and releasing developer, platform, and marketplace products, with full-stack engineering teams. In the Web3/blockchain products & protocols space since 2017. Previously in YC Startup School ‘17, built and supported developer and open source communities since 2003, driven ecosystem engagements and partnerships, PhD in Peer-to-Peer systems, also worked as researcher and university assistant professor.
